Stella, Stella, Stella...you make my heart skip a beat every season! She always seems to deliver fresh and unique collections which have undoubtedly made her one of my favorite designers. This 2013 resort collection she incorporated her signature sleek and feminine silhouettes and kicked it up a notch with lots of prints and vibrant colors.
Highlights of the collection: flare legs, tuxedo pants, oversized blazers, brocade florals, leopard print, neon, clean whites, lace and more.

WHAT'S THAT JACKET?
MARGIELA!!! If you haven't heard, the next big collabo with H&M is yes, you guessed it Maison Martin Margiela. Does it get any better than this? I mean, it can but...how amazing right!!?!? Rumor has it, it's going to hit stores November 15th. Hopefully by then our Lincoln road, Miami Beach location will have opened and I can be one of many in line for this amazing collabo.
This fashion house is of course, well known for their sleek, modern design of one of a kind jackets. Also worn by infamous artists and celebrities like, of course, Kanye West, Rihanna and Lady Gaga. How could I not be excited to possibly get my hands on a piece or two. Is anybody else as excited as I am?

"I am so excited by this radical collaboration, which will give fashion lovers around the world the chance to wear special pieces by Maison Martin Margiela. It's been a while since I've posted anything, but life has been a little hectic lately. I am currently posting from one of my favorites islands in the world, and yes, you guessed it....PUERTO RICO! I am here for the weekend visiting my father. Since he lives on the beach, I have been in total bum mode between the sand, ocean and sun. Of course, with a few casual drinks in hand. What better inspiration then this island fever.
Not a new trend for many island goers, but a new trend that I've been seeing across some collections and runways is wearing all white. Yes, white on white on white. I have to admit that once in that island state of mind, white linen pants, white fedora and a white tank always hits the spot.
Whether you're beach bumming it in South Beach, Bimini or on a family vacation somewhere else...white is the way to go.
