PEIXOTO

I hope everyone had a fun and relaxing Easter/Passover! I know I sure enjoyed my day of doing nothing but easter egg hunts, good food, family and friends.

A couple weeks ago I came across this new bathingsuit line called Peixoto. I looked through their lookbook and found out that its sold a ta couple local boutiques here in Miami. What i loved about it, was how sexy and sophisticated it was. Not the usual, too-tiny-bottom-sexual-impulsive-only-anorexic-girls-can-rock type of line. Phew! that was a little long, but you get the point. 

I was able to get in touch with the designer, Mauricio, and we set up a little meet and greet at The Dressing Room Boutique, right in South Miami. I was ecstatic! I took along my mini-me, aka my beloved new camera and snapped away, enjoy:

Any Miami girls dream, I was in love with every piece that was shown to me. His inspirations? Simple tropical pleasures like butterflies, lizards, crochet, and braids. In an array of colors, one is left undecided with which pieces to choose. There's a variety of styles. You can pick from a smaller bottom, to one with more butt coverage. An amazing strapless with a slight lift and hold, or a halter top. Not a bikini girl? The one piece bathingsuits are still sexy and how I like to say "the back is sexy". Showing off a woman's secret sexy feature, the back. Just in time for "boat season." I can't wait to rock my Peixoto bathingsuit.
